  • Project Purpose / Goal: Establishing an Enterprise Program Management Office with all the necessary frameworks, guidelines and templates uplifting their project delivery capability through the use of processes, frameworks, techniques and tools supporting early and frequent value delivery across all of their projects

  • My Role/s – This Project: EPMO Lead & EPMO SME

Project 2

  • Company / Client: Primary Healthcare Limited (now HELIUS)

  • Project Name: Medical Centre Management System

  • Project Duration: 12 Months

  • Project Purpose / Goal: Working with a third-party vendor (MedicalDirector), designing, developing and implementing a brand new MCMS (Medical Centre Management System) at various medical centres across NSW

  • My Role/s – This Project: PMO Manager

  • Project Budget: AUD 10M

Roles & Responsibilities

After a short (3-month) break, during which I took some personal time to expand my professional certifications, I’d been approached by Primary HealthCare Limited again to assist them to substantially improve their program delivery success levels on a specific, very large and complex agile program which spanned multiple work streams, disciplines and deliverables. Higher success levels were achieved as a direct result of me playing a key part in optimizing and brokering the collaboration between my client (Primary HealthCare Limited) and one of their strategic vendors (Medical Director (Pty) Ltd).
