Software Development Best Practices Deployment & Project Management Consultant:

  • Successfully enhanced the project delivery capabilities of 2 project teams to successfully deliver 2 bespoke software development projects (Zonke Monitoring Systems and Concorde Travel) on time and within budget.

  • Successfully embedded sound project management practices (based on PMBOK) while managing and improving the software development life cycle processes and practices in environments using IBM® Websphere, IBM® DB2 and IBM® VisualAge for Java.

  • Successfully tailored the software development processes to match the specific needs of the projects, using IBM® Rational Unified Process® as basis.

  • Tailored the software development process framework of the organization to match the specific needs of the various types of projects they undertook at the time, using IBM® RUP® as basis
