In this short-term consulting role as Program Delivery Advisor (at one of IQ Group Australia's clients) I was contracted to perform an assessment which they could use to gain insights in order to improve their agile project delivery approach. The assessment had a specific focus on their agile and project management capabilities, and was successfully completed on time and within budget.
