Roles & Responsibilities
After relocating to Australia during Feb '14 and Mar '14, and as a PM-Partners Group Principal Consultant (Advisory), I consulted to Westpac, a client of PM-Partners Group. I had the role of PMO Manager on a $30M project at Westpac, where I assisted the project team to improve their project management and delivery capabilities.
My main responsibilities were:

PMO review, establishment & development (establishing sustainable maturity growth).

Providing professional and pragmatic advice to enhance the project team’s processes & systems, helping them to ensure sustainable levels of delivery predictability, optimized operation, strategy enablement and value preservation.
