Client Achievements

Technology Refresh Project Manager:

  • Successfully managed a technology refresh project (from inception to closure) within budget, schedule, time and quality constraints. The project’s goal was to deploy workload and output management tools across the enterprise, with a total project budget of ZAR 30M

  • Successfully managed an enterprise-wide workload and output management (WOM) product rollout on enterprise systems management (ESM) products (Control M / Control D / Dazel) – done according to PMBOK, sufficiently covering all of the PMBOK knowledge areas for project management

  • Performed service level management for the products rolled out into the organization – dealing with multiple external vendors

  • Gained exposure to the Telkom ITS Solutioning Project Management Process Framework
