Fastlane Solutions brought me in to revitalize and head up their Agile Capability Practice, where my primary responsibilities were:
To build out, grow and manage the Agile Capability Practice at Fastlane Solutions.
To provide guidance and mentorship to the principal consultants within the Agile Capability Practice at Fastlane Solutions.
To grow healthy client relationships in my role as engagement manager across multiple Fastlane Solutions client accounts (across geographies), specifically with a focus on providing Agile Capability uplift consulting services to these clients and prospective clients.
To provide on-demand, advisory, and hands-on consulting services to number of Fastlane Solutions clients.
